He's a bad teacher. Quickly you will realize you are wasting your valuable time in his lecture. Now you spend time memorizing all the past exams because there are no other options. In the exams he throws a bunch of curve balls. No part marks. He does not care. You still pass with a low grade but, what do you know about power electronics now?

He is one of the worst profs in TMU. He only reads from lecture, and the exams are not similar to slides or previous years.

He is the worst prof I have ever seen. His lecture notes are not understandable, he doesn't teach in the class and get distracted all the time. He doesn't give part marks and he lies about type of exam questions.

Avoid your capstone with this guy. Zero people skills. Basically a robot programmed to be surly and terse in all situations. Dude should be locked in a backroom somewhere doing design; nobody should be forced to have to deal with him. More proof that being a prof is no indication as to whether onot you can actually teach anyone anything.

I was scared to take the course due to his rating. But after taking it, I realized he is a fair prof. He provides all of the past exams, and all you have to do is do those exams, get the correct solutions and you will do great on the mid and final. Yes, he marks hard, but come on, exams are basically recycled, his rating should be higher.

This prof gives pop quizzes, which are tested fairly. No midterm and final exam. However, his assignments had questions that were in the lab and weren't posted until after the assignment was due.

MID

Prof is knowledgeable but cannot teach. Lectures are boring and monotonic. ELE 806 & ELE 747 are the worst 4th year courses. Exams are of same structure every year, that's the only good thing about this course. But final and midterm are very demanding an usually not enough time. Basically it'll make you hate wind turbines.

Terrible prof. I'm sure he's very knowledgeable in his field, but he can't teach at all. He skips over so much assuming you already know it, then goes into detail about stuff that isn't relevant to the course. His notes aren't really helpful. Doesn't give part marks easily. Also taught 801 and it shows how he had no idea or no interesting
