Hi, this is one his more recent students at OCAD, the place he now teaches. AVOID THIS TEACHER. Although passionate, very insecure, will mess with the class to get a rise out of students, has severe attitude and cannot take feedback. Best to avoid or drop the course if you want to keep your GPA as high as possible.
A thoughtful and passionate professor. Really cares that we enjoyed his class. Slightly insecure, seen through his blow ups at late arrival, which just made the class take him less seriously. Wants to be seen as intellectual, when such is the case, but not in so far as being able to create own ideas, rather than absorbing info that he reads.
The best classes of my time spent at the Ryerson were with Michael. He helped me put real critical thought behind the skills I developed. He is definitely my favourite.
amazing.
AMAZING!!!!! very eloquent and teaches so well!
One of the smartest profs ever to teach. He is inspiring, wise and an amazing speaker
I think he was the best teacher I've ever had. Not only because I had a mad crush on him, but because his wisdom was unthreatening and he made me feel intelligent.
Professional and knowledgeable. Respectful of students and has a sense of humour. Adore him.
so smart!
Michael was entirely professional and forthright. He challenged our notions of design and aesthetic and encouraged our participation. He had a keen interest in our opinions and contributions. He was also witty and delightfully poignant. Unfortunately he is returning to Ryerson; we were lucky to have you at UofT!
