Ian Baitz

Good marker especially for beginners graphic communications students.

He was fine. A good prof but his lectures were soooooo long so I got bored really fast. Easy marker though and seemed kind.

Ian was a very nice prof and pretty organized, I just found his lectures to be very dull and long.

Good vibes in lectures, very helpful when I had questions via email. Always in class with a smile, and brings interesting guest speakers. Weekly pop quizzes aren't hard if you make notes on the weekly readings and lectures. The final exam was multiple choice. Assignments are fun and interesting, and he acknowledges any hard effort you put in!

The grade was my fault; just make sure to REALLY read the criteria because he took off like 10% just because I forgot my in-text citations and only cited them at the end. He's really fun and a chill dude, assignments aren't too bad, but the lectures are so boring. GO TO THE CLASSES, PAY ATTENTION TO QUIZ DEADLINES.

Ian is such a kind prof! Genuinely cares about his students and is very sincere. Even though I had him online, I enjoyed his attitude during the meetings. Overall his class was fun and extremely interesting, as long as you try to do a good job, it's easy to get a good mark.

Ian is a really great professor! He is very passionate in teaching so his lectures are amazing and he is really engaging. Just always be ready to take notes and it is the best to attend class and watch in class videos because it will be in the weekly quizzes. Ian gave a really detailed feedback in the assignments that really helped me improve.

Ian is a fair marker and he teaches pretty good. About 70% of content will be easily taught by him and the rest, if not more can be caught on very easy by the textbook and online resources. He gives good feedback on the 2 main assignments of the course in a way where you can improve it if you choose to use your work as a portfolio piece.

Very good prof overall. His lectures were quite fun and engaging. There's 2 assignments which are very straight forward and online final exam.

Enjoyed the class, no midterm only a online exam. We also had a quiz weekly and two assignments. Great teacher lectures can get a little boring but we usually finished up early. Only problem is he didn't offer the slides online only as handouts you received in person. Overall fun class with a fun professor!
