Online Class. Teacher gives conflicting information. Does not reply to emails. Does not provide marks as assignments are submitted. Whole class does not like him because of how disconnected he is to the course. It's as if there is no teacher at all....
I liked Chanko a lot that I took CKPM 203 and 207 as well! He's very laid back and straight forward. The courses were not hard at all and he provided us will all the relevant study materials. He even joined us for drinks on two occasions (after class).
Online class. This teacher had no interest in teaching. He never responded to e-mails from students and just teaches out of the textbook. I could have done this on my own without registering and paying for the class. Withdraw if he is your teacher!
Completely could care less about teaching or students. I think he's lost all passion to teach. Tells the class to hold on while he checks his blackberry. Can't say the course was useful at all. Easy mark if you're out for that. If it's genuine learning, forget it.
Elias is a very laid back teacher who knows the subject matter inside and out. I didn't find him or the class very imformative. The exams are a joke since the entire class is on MSProject but the exams are paper based and have nothing to do with MS Project.
He is a very good teacher.he is fair.he is funny and has very friendly personality.go for his class.
Great personality. I found him helpful in terms of guidance for group assignments and reviewing for mid term and final exam.
Excellent professor. Excellent communicator. Knows how to RELATE to his audience & students!Ryerson's ITM dept needs more of Chanko's type, and less of boring over-the-hill pretentious snobs like Pille, Grant, Barwell et al.
He makes the course easy. If you attend all the labs and pay attention, you don't even need to buy the MS Project book. Tests are trickier but straight from the text. If you do your readings (and the textbook is not long) you'll do fine.
Full of examples and stories. Knows the subject concept very well and very helpful. Go for him...you can't go wrong.....
