Alice Chu

A.C. taught me how to blow people's minds in the professional world. I use to think it was about clean edges on paper. Now I understand it's about investing yourself completely to ensure that you produce stellar results and honour the people viewing your work with a demonstration of your attention to detail. Prof Chu has literally bettered my life

She is a very strict professor, and expects maturity and discipline from all students. However if you work hard and ask for clarification/extra help she is very helpful and understanding, and will take time to explain. She is pretty intimidating at first but actually has a very awesome sense of humor.

Horrible Professor. Not clear, and not welcoming to questions. She chooses favourites and she farts without warning.

Alice Chu is honestly adorable! I find her adorable, but scary at the same time. She is pretty strict when it comes to the quality of your work and even deadlines and class attendance. I enjoyed her lectures though, she tells these cute little stories and you can tell she really loves colour. The work was not so fun, but it is useful for the future

a very time consuming class, but i still had fun in her lectures and labs. She can get really sassy so watch out

my friend had baught her textbook used and apparently that was a bad thing because she didnt have the worksheets. so i photocopied them for her and she said they had to be on grey paper? i thought that was unfair. she ended up taking alot of marks off because of that..WE ARE STUDENTS in DEBT!!!

Worst professor. Asking for help is pretty much useless because even if she tells you to change something or fix something and you do it she will still give you a bad mark. It doesnt help that she has a foreign accent. But alot of the things she marks projects on is based on things she has never talked about in class. Horrible.

Alice Chu is a strict but she knows what she wants. If you try your hardest and do your best, then you will do well, I guarantee it. But otherwise, you can't expect to get anything better than a C in her class. Hard work really pays off in her class!
