AVOID THIS ONE! she is not helpful, unclear of expectations, asks very tough questions on her tests , makes frequent mistakes and is very unorganized. To give you an example, when she handed back our midterms, she ripped up the pages and made us look for the pages based on our student numbers.... WHO DOES THAT?! Do not take her!

Very boring to sit in her class and listen to her, easy marker, but midterm and exam were fair and had to BS a lot throughout the course and takes forever to hand marks back

This class consisted of a lot of group work: weekly debate write ups, one actual group debate, one group case study (split into two sections) , a midterm and a takehome final. Overall the prof is very good at explaining the topics she teaches in class but the book that you have to buy is barely related to class concepts so there is a lot to read.

Overall the difficulty level is average. You can get a good grade if you attend class and take notes. Mid term open book. She barely uses the textbook in lectures but requires it for all assignments. I did not like that she did not teach from the textbook some topics were never discussed in class or assigned as readings appear in exam.

overall its an easy course, the debate is quite straightforward and the midterm and final are pretty easy. she's a nice prof, but kind of disorganized and hard to reach via email.

I took both MHR841 and MHR640 (leadership) with her and found both classes straightforward and easy. I received A- in both classes. In MHR640, we had activities and presentations that made the material less boring. Leadership is easy anyway. I recommend any HR class taken with Prof. Meinhard

Let's put it this way - organizational theory and design's content is about as exciting as it sounds. That being said, she actually does a pretty good job teaching it in an interesting way. Her marking seems fairly subjective though.

The course was pretty basic, and Professor Meinhard is very helpful and approachable. Though, I must warn you, she is somewhat disorganized. I didn't get my first assignment mark back in over a month and my midterm mark back until a few weeks before the course concluded. Still recommended though.

Very nice woman. She understands that students had being talked at. She made class really fun and is extreamly flexable when it comes to projects. She is personable but professional and i would strongly recommend her. Only thing i didnt like was she promised the class an extra half-percent to every 8am class you were ontime for. Didnt happen.

Easy going, flexible, understanding, and kind/nice professor. However, she is dis-organized as it takes weeks to receive your marks. Very fair marker too.
