worst prof i have had at ryerson. avoid at all costs. unhelpful and ignores all emails. cant be contacted.

He's a nice guy in my opinion but it was so hard to focus in his lectures because they were so boring. We also had to do a case study almost every week which included a summary and answering questions. They only mark 1/8 of them but they take note if you did all of them. Got 100% on both excel quizzes but the second was definitely harder.

Midterm was manageable. Excel quiz 1 okay. Excel quiz 2 torture. Final is difficult could be easy but no prof decides to change the words of definition and make you guess which one it is even tho you studied basically mc part is a guessing game as he changed literally everything you WILL STUDY FOR. Getting help from him or emailing lol. DONT.

the content for this class is so boring but he tells you exactly what is on the final exam and if you study from the textbook you will pass. Midterm was hard but excel quizzes and case study can boost your grade. I skipped class a lot and ended up with a B.

His exams are all definitions so read the textbook and get ready to memorize. Lab quiz 1 was an easy 100, but the second one was extremely difficult. Lectures are boring and he's super rude.

the prof is good even though the course content is SOO boring!!! read the textbook t study and look over the slides. the midterm and final were pretty hard, you really need to memorize and read the textbook! i wouldn't recommend skipping class because his lectures make the material understandable.

The class is extremely boring, you literally don't learn anything by attending the lectures. Honestly, I don't even know why this course exists. The fact that it is a mandatory course is making me questions about life. When a boring class meets a boring prof, you know what is going to happen.

I had to retake this course as I dropped it from a college (will not name), and the difference was incredible. I read the reviews and wasn't expecting a whole lot. In comparison, Franklyn explains what he wants and how to achieve it. The case studies seem a bit excessive, but i learned through them, though he only marks one random one.

Overall this guy cant teach. When we ask him questions he is not able to answer them and doesn't respond to email either. I asked him about review of the midterm and he said you are responsible for it. Even though we know its on chapter 1-2,4-6, it is almost like we are going in the midterm blind. I'm gonna drop this class after the midterm.
