AVOID Laura at all cost. She is by far the worst professor I have had. She does not care about her students, her feedback is rude. She gives you marks off if she doesn't understand what you created, blames it on you and says that you did not understand the content. lectures are mandatory and so boring. DONT TAKE A CLASS WITH HER!!!!

Laura is a terrible professor. Avoid her. She doesnt care about her students concerns and makes extra work for students. She loves group work even when its unessecary and makes things harder. She teaches like were children and the content is loosely related to the course. For example, we spent an hour talking about kindness .unessecary.

horrible! avoid! Extra workloads compared to other profs. 3 EXTRA blogs EACH week (for her sessions only). unreasonable, stressing ALL the students out. STAY AWAY.

Avoid her at all cost!! She is the hardest marker and her feedback is inconsistent with her assignment descriptions. She is also all over the place and creates online learning harder than it should be. She expects us to complete around 5-6 discussion posts every week + assignments. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER STUDENT CONCERNS!!!

The lecture slides are filled with pictures and she teaches the class like in elementary school. Her feedbacks are rude and disrespectful. The contents in class are not helpful at all and does not relate to the course.

If you have the choice, do NOT pick Laura Schein to be your prof for any of your courses. Uses the same childish teaching styles and instructions to teach university students. A ton of irrelevant work to do for a grade that doesn't even contribute to your GPA. Beware: She loves group work. BTW she'll call you out in class, no problem. glhf

gives you immediate feedback, in front of everyone. Lectures need to be gone through quicker because the course material is not that hard to grasp. Class activities are decent. they let us make connections. she can be awkward. Makes us sit in discussion circle every class and make students rearrange chairs and desks very unnecessary.

Laura is a really nice person, but she makes the course hard for no reason by added 7/8 extra assignments and things that other classes with a diff prof teaching the same course dont do. She expects everyone to do things as if her class is the only class we are taking. she makes things extremely hard. if your a first yr i suggest u dont take her.

Laura is a caring person, please do not get that wrong. However, she babies her class like we are back in kindergarten. She assigns your seats (and you'll have a new seat each week) She prolongs her lecture to the last possible minute of class, even when it is not necessary. Her tests are very easy, however they happen every week. Try to avoid

she treats her class like 5 year olds, having a whole class on adverbs, adjectives etc. and having assigned seating. she even got mad at one of her students for leaving the class once, like relax we're adults we can leave if we want. she drags her lectures for so long as well. only came to this class cause of the in class tests and assignments.
