Dr. Rocha is a fantastic prof. She explained everything very clearly with very good examples. She provided notes and lecture slides. The test was all you needed to know and it was fair. Test 1 might be a little bit hard, b/c it was all economy concepts. Test 2 you may feel not enough time as it only has 1 hour. Overall, she is a fantastic prof.

Dr. Rocha is an Economics expert and teaches this course to Nutrition and Food students. Many students are not familiar with the concepts of economics and find it difficult, however she makes it seem like we should know it. Her lectures are unorganized and her tests include difficult versions of concepts learned in class. Be prepared to work hard!

The concepts are hard to understand and follow unless you go for extra help. Her tests are really hard and marks are taken off for small things. Very hard marker and No powerpoints, so for notes you have to go to class.

Go to class. Read the textbook. Not too many concepts to hammer down. Expect to apply concepts... but again not that many to learn & master.

Good at explaining the material, sometimes she goes overboard on examples and class can get pretty boring. Really important that you attend class since she doesn't post any notes. Textbook is really helpful and easy to understand. Good teacher, but really dry course/material.

OK, she's old school teaching with the boards and her notes on paper and so on. But I never had a teacher/prof this good. She knows her stuff, and better yet, knows how to deliver it to students. Great Prof!

Awesome prof! She made the material really clear and interesting. Ideas are covered more than once it's hard not to understand them. The tests and exams were questions already covered in depth in class. really nice and laid back.

An amazing professor! She teaches on the board,not on the Power Point.That really helps the students to understand the concept of economics and trust me,if you go to her class all the time,all the information will stick to ur head

Nice Prof, a hard marker, but willing to help. She knows her stuff but is a hard marker, so get help if you need it...
