Kamran Behdinan

One of the best courses I ever took. Professor Behdinan is a kind and helpful professor. Although lectures cover dense subject material, he paces the course according to students. Tutorials after every lecture were really helpful. Final exam was open book, but make sure you read a LOT and understand almost everything from the textbook to get an A+.

This professor spazzed out on my and rescinded my offer just for talking to another potential supervisor for my master's, and attending an info session. He is very unreasonable and insecure He made his PhD student book a zoom call for us like his secretary. Student had to sit in the meeting, without introduction, like a prisoner as he berated me

I think he is a biased professor when it comes to marking. This biased nature he brings from the original country where he came from. Those animosities that existed in his prior background can be seen in his markings too.

He is the best prof I have ever had!!! His lessons are engaging and he captures his audeience extremely well. He has very good advice and is a patient, kind man. My favourite lesson was when he taught us about nodal elements! What a blast!

Let me put balanced information. This is what he said in FEM class "if I make a mistake on the black board when I copy from my notes, and if you copy it as it is, which is wrong, then it is your problem." Can you believe that? Make your conclusions. Kind of "I am God".

Professional, Real, Smart and helpful. Enjoyed attending his lectures and learned a lot. Very useful for my research.

VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL PROFESSOR.....JUST RECOMMEND HIM IF YOU WANT TO LEARN SOMETHING, NOT JUST A GOOD GRADE BECAUSE HE IS WILLING TO FILL YOUR BRAIN UP WITH HIS WHOLE KNOWLEDGE. IN ALL HE IS A REAL PROFESSOR WITH HIGH TEACHING SKILLS. I ENDED UP WITH A GRADE OF "B" BUT I STUDIED AT THE "A++" LEVEL, SO USE YOUR IMAGINATION.
