The course assignments were fine, grading isn't too bad either. Wishing the final assignment instructions were more detailed; it seemed kind of vague. However, he is very accessible outside of the classroom so its fine. He is a fun person to learn from overall.

Amazing professor that cares.This was an elective course that helped build upon the other classes I was taking. Garrett welcomed class discussion and discourse that challenged the planner's role in community planning. His professional experience helped translate theory into digestible case studies that non-planning students could understand.

Garrett is such a caring teacher and great educator. As a student who knew little about planning, I've gained a new level of respect for the subject. His experience and real-world examples spark great conversations. He makes everyone feel so comfortable you never worry about being "wrong". He is the best planning teacher I've ever had!

This is for PLE565 but I didn't know how to change the course code. Prof Morgan is an incredible professor and genuinely cares about the success of his students and their understanding of the field they're entering. He was honest, kind, funny and super approachable. I loved all of the personal stories he told about his own planning career so far.

Easy going Prof

One of the best professors I have ever had. He is some of the few professors who genuinely cares for his students and recognizes their perspectives on course matters. You can tell he is passionate what he teaches and cares for the success of his students. His teaching style is engaging and insightful.

he is the sweetest!! the lectures were really fun, slides were engaging too. not much reading. he is so caring he would literally explain the same thing over and over to make sure you get it. explains everything like its the easiest thing ever. we want more classes with him...

Professor Morgan is an amazing prof, his lectures are genuinely engaging, as well as his assignments leave lots of room for exploring what you want and are not limited to rigid criteria. He is flexible and caring when it comes to deadlines. For me personally, his lectures were stress relieving sessions from all my other courses lol.
