Overall this class is pretty easy and you'll get good marks as long as you put in the work.The mini assignments were straightforward and easy to get 90%+ on.We got an optional midterm practice quiz on the d2l that was pretty helpful and accurate.Attendance isn't mandatory. The prof does have a heavier accent and syllabus dates aren't 100% accurate.

Generally a good prof. Was a bit unorganized, didn't follow syllabus (he forgot to assign the final report in class so it was due right before exam week). Kind of confusing due dates but if u go to class and ask questions he's responsive, has good energy & fair marking (minimal feedback though) but compared to most Yr1 TMU profs. Would recommend

prev cancelled final report to only put it back during exam week, told us that exam material was only chapters after the midterm then said on extremely late notice it was on all the topics.

He released the final report a week before exams after previously canceling it; he seems completely lost. He even asked for Rate My Professor reviews during class. The midterm was medium difficulty, but the rest is easily done at home. Lectures were useless. Expect no feedback on the mini-assignments, though they are simple enough to figure out.

Never gave practice questions for exam and midterm, copy-and-paste email responses to questions from students, released final report 1 week before exam. Ran the course inaccurately to the syllabus.

Nice, funny prof and an medium difficulty class. Lectures are boring, but slides are posted online. Fair grader, though minimal feedback. Midterm was harder than expected, definitely study terms and textbook practice questions. I wouldn't take again just because of the lectures, but he is fair.

Funny professor but he has pretty bland lectures. He doesn't tend to provide extra practice material and isn't the best when it comes to giving clear feedback. Be careful, as some of the test material was from the textbook and NOT on lectures. Good grader for assignments. Tests can be somewhat difficult.
