this course is tough, but doable. He's a solid teacher but the exams just weren't it, the quizzes and labs were mostly good, but the exams are brutual.
He explains the theoretical concepts well, his lectures are clear, and the slides are excellent. However, when it comes to solving questions, he barely explains the steps. Because of that, the problem solving part of the lecture is not very useful and can be difficult to follow.
hes a very nice guy and is willing to teach. but for ele 202 hes kinda all over the place. the lectures are ok but u can learn more by learning urself. but he is a very nice guy
good professor but horrid midterm
he's a good lecturer but he sometimes doesnt fully solve the problems and his theory explanations are ok. Labs were tough and quizzes brutal.
ELE809 is a difficult course but Shahab made it very easy. He made very difficult concepts very easy to understand and actively asked the students every week how they're finding the course and uses their advice to change the course if necessary. The labs were time consuming so he also extended the deadlines. Exams/Midterm questions are very fair
Mohamad Shahab is a very decent and nice professor. He takes the time to help students and listen to their feedback, and actually acts on it. Overall, he is a very fair professor when it comes to marking; he gives more marks for showing the process and understanding of the steps of the problem rather than just a final answer.
THE controls prof at this university. He's an amazing explainer and gives so many part marks just for knowing how to do the process. Covers so many examples during his lecs, rlly important to understand how to do them/not memorize. Doesn't give too many hints, u just gotta study all his examples and extra Qs he posts before the exams
