VERY GOOD PROF, funny love the way he teaches...make sure u take hes class you wont regreat it
Good lecturer. Engaging. Very helpful. He is a humble man, Kept his opinions to himself. And a really friendly guy. He told me that he was excited to read my paper. The nicest prof i've had. Although I didnt show up or do any readings for half the semester and I still got an A. He shouldnt give them out so easy.
Class was pretty interesting, facilitated group discussions very well. I heard he was the best PHL606 teacher out there. Doing well requires you to go to class! Copy his notes, he highlights important information and lets you know point by point what will be on the exam. Reading the textbook is required for a good grade. Very fair marker!
Very clear Prof. Just go to class and write down the notes. All you need to know is in the notes; clear and to the point . No tricks or magic up the sleeves just an easy A.
I appreciate that he does not use power-point. He does lecture but writes all important information in sentence form on the white board. I read the articles because I wanted to contribute in class. You could get by for the exams without the book, just go to every class, take all the notes and memorize. You need the book for the essay. Go to class.
Good prof. Very neutral which is great. I'm tired of all these cocky profs. who think that we pay them for their personal opinions. We pay them to facilitate learning, not to be sheep.
Just study the notes and textbook and you will get an A, Very humble guy
Funny, great public speaker. Hard to read his writing on a chalkboard sometimes. Just gives papers a mark at the top of the page without saying what you need to improve/what you did well -- I hate that! Pretty decent prof, just very boring material.
I like this professor, nice guy , generous. Tests are straight forward. Attend lectures and studying from notes is enough. Take his courses.
I have a new respect for Philosophy teachers after having Professor Los. How he resisted the urge to strangle some of the people in this class I'll never know. He seems like a good guy and really does his best to highlight the material you should focus on for tests/the final/assignments. Minimal effort will get you a passing grade.
