Labs and Assignments are easy. Midterm is something you need to study as its a lot of theory and some calculation questions which are right from the problem sets so do them all. Exam is easier with straightforward calculation questions, but theory lowers the grade for everyone as nobody studies it enough. He doesn't really curve.

Rather than focusing on actual content of the course, he toys with with all the units, switching from imperial to metric. On the midterm he forgot to give us a variable in a question and no one was able to solve it, last 20 minutes of the exam he gave it to us, and he gave it in different units without any conversion.

Ill-prepared and very disorganized with management of the course. Read off slides and has failed to provide an official course outline to the class. Slides were also heavy on material, without guidance on what is important. Project was poorly formatted and asked students for deliverables that required skills not taught in the class (i.e CAM).

Bring back Siyuan!

Awful professor. Lecture slides are over 40 slides long weekly with information on every corner of space. Project for this course is unnecessary and a big time waster. The class itself in unengaging and boring. Don't waste your time coming to his lectures. The professor just reads off his slides. A class to avoid if he teaches this course again.
