Amazing professor, lectures were informative and easy to understand. I didn't study outside class, but the professor's style made the concepts graspable and easy to digest. Tests were straightforward for anyone who studied. **The TAs helping the professor are inadequate and should be replaced.

Such an amazing instructor who is passionate about the content and invested in his students' learning! Mahdi explains concepts clearly and thoroughly, makes learning enjoyable, and is always happy to provide additional help. He cares about his students and wants everyone to succeed. Would definitely recommend!!

This prof was amazing. The course was content heavy, but he explained things clearly, took time to answer questions and made sure we really understood. He even did a live demo w students on packet switching that made the concept click visually. Super approachable and supportive. One of the best profs I've ever had—highly recommend!

One of the best professors I've ever had! His lectures were always engaging, and he was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the semester. He genuinely cares about his students and their success. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. TMU won't be the same without him!

One of the best profs — sadly, his last year at TMU. Course is easy with a midterm, final, and 2 case assignments (1 easy, 1 tough). Study on your own and you'll be fine. Participation counts with Kahoots and weekly quizzes, so attendance matters, but classes are fun! He's super helpful and replies to emails in detail.

Good professor for this class. However, be prepared for the two case study assignments. The exams are honestly more of mark boosters than the assignments considering that the TAs mark the assignments harshly.

He was genuinely one of the best professors I have ever had. Although attendance was mandatory, his lectures were engaging, and he explained everything thoroughly with examples. I was always genuinely excited going to his classes, he is an amazing lecturer, even though this is his first year teaching, and he genuinely wants everyone to pass!

such a wonderful prof. i think he mentioned it was his first time as a prof and that was surprising because he is so great at teaching. he cares and wants you to pass. actually listens to feedback and tries to make lectures engaging and fit for his students. take him!!!!

This course requires an insane amount of memorization and he doesn't seem to understand that. There will be stuff from the textbook on the exam, and reading all that and making notes on top of the lectures is crazy. Though I'm not sure if it's the prof or just the course.
