She is a great professor, her slides contain all the info you need for her exams, they are very clear and easy to comprehend. She explains things very well so i suggest attending her classes. Very kind and understanding. Offers office hours and advice. The textbook has practice exercises that help a lot.
she is a very nice prof but the final exam is ridiculous. She "can't tell you" anything about the exam until two weeks before and tell us there is a little info about articles when every single thing was on articles.
Dr. Nishi is a very great lecturer, who breaks down material into simple terms.
Stephanie is such an amazing professor. She laid the foundations of nutrition in a very engaging way, showed care inside and outside of the classroom, and did everything she could to make sure everyone succeeded. If you have the opportunity to, I highly recommend taking her!
stephanie is so kind-hearted and caring, the way she teaches is amazing and she is always so positive. she is a very lenient marker so sad she wont be teaching any more undergrad classes anymore.
You encounter very few profs in your university life who genuinely love what they teach and project it to their students. She is a very genuine prof and she knows exactly the right way to navigate a course to keep students both focused and eager to learn more. I would sell my left kidney for her to be able to teach every single nutrition course.
I loved this class so much that it genuinely pained me to hand in the final. The only reason I loved it so much was because of her, she's so sweet and cares a lot about her students. Her exams are clear and you'll do good as long as you don't fall behind and attend class. She's easily one of my fav profs OAT, God bless her sweet soul.
