You don't have to attend to class but you actually have to, because she will deduct your mark by if you attend to class or not, even this rule is not on the project's marking criteria at all! If you don't attend class or use the office hours properly, no matter how good your work is, she will find excuses to give you extremely low mark. Good luck.

Don't know how she gets 5 stars, but ALL the girls I know hate her. And just to let u know, she doesn't give any feedback thru email, so if u want a feedback, u can ONLY see her in person (She doesn't do any online office hours). She doesn't mark ur work based on how good ur work is, but she would put her personal emotions when marking ur works.

She taught a course on Adobe software. The grading criteria were very strict, and the feedback was demanding.

Beatriz is an amazing professor and genuinely cares so much about the success of her students. She's a fast talker and gets straight to the point during lessons which I appreciate because she is not one to waste your time. She gives amazing feedback and really challenges students to reach their full potential

Beatriz is a phenomenal lecturer with extensive experience within the design industry. She really cares about providing students with feedback during consultations and has taught me so much about graphic design. As long as you follow design briefs, attend classes, and consultation meetings, you will do well in her class.

I love any prof with impressive real-world experience. She's knowledgeable and expects quality work, but makes it really achievable to succeed. Loved this course!

Not for FFC 100, This prof give very clear step by step instructions for projects and expectations are that the instructions are followed extremely precisely otherwise the assignment will not count and/or cannot be graded. Overall pretty nice prof, will check in occasionally with students lagging behind. The course load is quite heavy.

Great class and a nice professor. A lot of practical work but the lectures are short. She is always open to answering questions and gives good feedback. You need a good camera to complete the assignments. Gives consultation time with each student and is considerate.
