Krystal Batelaan

Someone mentioned self-initiative when it comes to Krystal. If I am paying thousands of dollars, I should not have to sit up front to understand my prof, especially when I have sensitive eyes and cannot sit up front. Anyway, besides that, Krystal will give you good grades if you know her and if she knows you.

I love this prof, she is so interesting and her course content is straight forward just go to class.

Easy class. Some of the other reviews mention criticisms which i understand. Though it is an informative class. Id take her again.

I can understand some of the criticisms about her. She doesn't engage in discussions, and she mumbles (despite having a mic), so I just sat in the front to hear her better. Sometimes it takes self-initiative to adjust to different profs. But I never found her completely disrespectful or rude. She isn't the best, but certainly not the worst.

I honestly really enjoyed Prof Batelaan's class. Most of the time, you just have to show up and do the readings. Yes, she's quiet during lectures but willing to repeat herself if you ask nicely.

Krystal was quiet and mumbled during majority of the lectures, but I don't think she really deserves all the negative reviews. Most of them actually reaching entirely. She's actually very easy on the eyes, and just had a standoffish vibe.. stop being sensitive

had Dr Batelaan for crm 200&& 225 this term great lectures and rly nice prof. a lot of these reviews seem personal and not based on the class or her. clear requirements for assignments and makes it easy to do well in class if you put in the work but our lectures were usually empty and most ppl didnt come to class so they prob didnt do as well

Went to every class during the term, most of these reviews are completely untrue. Ppl are writing negative reviews on Prof. Batelaan for personal reasons not based on the actual class or her

tbh krystal isn't the best prof for most of the reasons stated, but the ppl writing these reviews have personal vendettas against her

I got a good grade and I still wouldn't take her again lool avoid her If you can
