egotistical and condescending women
Prof Bisheh is brutally direct, but she was a great prof overall! I found it best to review before attending lectures as her lectures are more discussion-heavy. All MKT 100 classes are taught the same way (videos and chapter overview via slides), so you kinda have to study on your own. Study at least a week before tests and use the videos! :)
I was excited to start this course because I love marketing, but Hala Bisheh made me doubt my career path. like coaches that makes you start to hate the game. She was not empathetic at all, she would host office hours at the inconvenient times when students had other classes, and refused record them. she did not take time to explain content at all.
Going into this course I expected a lot from my professor, but due to poor attitude and terrible course content, my expectations have changed. Peace out.
She is an entitled woman with a lot of attitude and doesn't respect her students' time. She likes bragging about things no one else cares about and picks favourites.
Good lecturer. A lot of charisma and great at explaining course content and answering questions. Though I felt that her lectures did not prepare me well enough for the tests. Test questions were subjective and under insufficient time constraints. I struggled to achieve a 4.33 in comparison to other courses with far more difficult content.
She doesn't teach any metrics; you have to teach them all yourself. The course was, like, 80% based on 2 midterms and a final.
Didn't even show up to any of our exams
She doesn't teach the math portion of the class (metrics) only knowledge based portion, makes us ask the TA for metrics help, cancels review sessions for exams the week before, one time her question was wrong and we proved her wrong with the textbook but she blamed it on the question, doesn't share exam review unless you come to the review session
Most of the course content is stuff you have to teach yourself, lectures seemed useless and boring. Two midterms and a final exam for 85% of overall grade which feels excessive.
