W Prof my goat. Wouldn't skip a day
Class felt like a casual conversation, was really chill. Always made sure that everyone in the class understood everything, and would stop the class just to explain things further to those that didn't understand. Would raise his voice when teaching which was intimidating but also kept the class very engaged. One of the best profs at TMU imo.
Overall good prof, always made sure that students understood. Make sure to attend lectures though, since he often mentions things that will be on exams. Was occasionally slightly intimidating as he would stop the class and not move on until someone answered his question. Otherwise always did his best.
Very solid for a debutant prof. Explained the course concepts well and had very engaging lectures.
Hamed is a good prof. This was his first time teaching COE318 and he was good. Very friendly guy and is willing to help out if needed. His lecture slides are all posted. Both midterm and final were very fair however the midterm was a little more difficult. While he can teach concepts and elaborate on things, he mainly reads off the slides.
Aight let me start off with, in general, COE 318 is a boring class, Hamed tries to make it less boring, which I give him credit for that. He teaches the course content well and will ensure you understand the lectures when you attend. Class participation is key btw and does help. Famous words " BE CONFIDENT GUYS, BE CONFIDENT WITH YOUR ANSWER".
one of the most caring profs I have ever seen. the lectures are long but thats just they way it is for this course. he is a very engaging and an amazing lectrurer, answers every question and make sure everyone understands, deffinetly recommend atending the lectures if you want a good mark on this course.
I appreciate how he takes the time to break down the concepts very well. He's very engaging, he often asks the class questions throughout the lecture. He won't move on until he feels everyone understands the concept. He's overall very passionate about what he's teaching and it shines through.
Long lectures, often reads off of slides. He provides good information but it often gets boring and you're able to read them on your own.
Long 3 hour boring lectures. This is because he goes extremely slow through every slide to break down the most simple ideas. I appreciate his care to make sure everyone understands, but it's just too slow. Overall, pretty good slides and answers every question you might have without making you feel stupid. Labs not too difficult. Good prof.
