Faye Fraser

Honestly one of the hardest profs I've had but the best, she taught me so much and made me feel inspired every class. I would never miss one of her classes and I wish I could have her again.

She is probably one of the worst professors at TMU. She was away for most of our semester and we had to rely on TAs to do lectures and help. Her TAs never responded to emails, and we never had opportunities for office hours.

A really bad prof and really bad TA's, one mistake and they take off more than 50% of your mark off. Also if you hand in anything as pdf they give you a 0. You cant appeal it either. Appealing any grade was not granted for everyone and they try to threaten you that if you appeal it to a higher up it will end up becoming lower. Avoid if u can

the instructions to the assignments she gave were confusing and she would get angry with the class when they asked questions about it. she was not clear on what she wanted. reach out to academic support to review your assignments prior to submitting them and use her office hours as she is picky and doesn't like to answer questions otherwise.

Save yourself. Pls do not take her. I promise I am not exaggerating. If you want a good mark DO NOT!!!!!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! All the work was marked by the worst TA's God could have sent up from hell. The TA's weren't consistent. Some TA's would take off marks while some would not, which is highly unfair especially when you put in the same effort as others and end up receiving a bad mark just because you have a different TA. BAD PROF, WORSE TAs!

I know my rating isn't good but over 50% of this course ended up being taught and 100% marked by the TA's due absence and I don't think this should negatively reflect on Dr Fraser because she is a knowledgeable prof but these TA's are the worst, most disorganized lecturers I have EVER witnessed and mark this course insanely hard and it was a mess..

terrible prof, her final exam was very heavy. the instructions are not clear and the exam is worth a lot of your final grade.

I really do no recommend this professor. CYC is my major, and the way this class was taught really had me contemplating if i wanted to switch into another program. Majority of the time she was talking about herself, and giving her own opinions on topics. Really long lectures, but I feel like I didn't learn anything.

the worst professor i have ever had. does not care about her students whatsoever. i have no words for how horrible she is to students - the way she speaks to them, i genuinely could not believe it.
