Yasmine Megahed

I did not have her at TMU. She was a sessional instructor at UTM. The course is GGR337. I'm not sure what the other reviews are on about. She was a great prof and clearly is passionate about her field. Explained every single question properly. Her assignments and tests were a breeze. An easy 4.0.

This is the worst Prof in all of my experience as a student. I currently have my MBA in Accounting, and I've decided to get a second degree in Engineering, I've never ever seen a Professor with so much attitude and carelessness, don't take a course with this prof and let me tell you why. Probably the worst professor I've ever had. Yasmine is Extremely rude and I would never ever ever recommend her class.

Just stay away from her. There's not one good thing about her. She is unkind to her students and overall a horrible prof. She shouldn't even be teaching.

CVL354 is a simple course, but owing to her, it has become one of the most difficult. Her instruction is adequate, but her ego is excessive. She is really too arrogant. She is unkind to her student. You won't be able to open your laptop or take notes. Just look at her expression.

The course itself is not so bad but the prof is nuts.

She is crazy. You can't open your laptop phone or iPad. Doesn't let you take notes. She shouts at her students. You have to look at her all the time. Attention seeker!

This professor is extremely incompetent. She did not bellcurve the grade as 67% of the students failed and just blamed the students for the grade they got. I quote "Thanks for the effort you made to achieve the grade you got." She spent more time making graphs of how poorly students did in each section for each question than actually teach!

The worst professors in teaching and dealing with. She gave us no explanation of what the midterm will look like, and the marking scheme was extremely unfair. Her class had a 67% fail rate in the midterm and she would not change or curve and she does not care about personal problems - she won't accept ANY late assignments (even by a minute).

Yasmine is a really bad professor. She expects students to memorize 6 lectures which are about 100-200 pages long. She doesn't guide any students on how to prepare for the midterm which resulted in 67% students failing the midterm. The midterm was extremely hard. She has Zero tolerance for late submissions. Even 1 minute late can result in a 0.
