Dr. Gao is a good teacher. He can explain different conceptions well in image processing and the lectures are easy to follow. The assignments are easy to deal with. He is always available for additional help outside the class time. Exam questions are similar to examples in the lectures. Definitely recommend this professor.

A lot of lectures while the assignments are not difficult. Both midterm and final exam are reasonable. It is easy to pass.

He knows his stuff on image processing very well. A lot of practice examples are given. The exams are reasonable. If you like image processing, he's the best person for you.

A very nice man and seriously tries his best to help students out. The course wasn't easy but I definitely learned a lot and am grateful for this opportunity. If anything, just work hard. Then you'll get a good grade.
