Nice and very understanding professor. Really engaged during class time and responds to every email you send her. I didn't go to the class often, but her classes were one of the few interesting ones I have attended. Her exams are fair, just read and learn the slides and watch the video properly, you don't have to learn by heart.

I took SOC 808 with her and had a great experience. She makes a course on food engaging. If you listen in class, especially during midterm reviews, you'll do well since she covers what's tested. The course has weekly discussions, two midterms, and a research project. She's approachable, responds to emails, and I'm taking FNU101 with her next.

Took this over the summer and modules were interesting, def an easy upper liberal. The class had a group project but as long as you coordinate, its easy to do well. Exams were easy, all MC and open book. Didn't interact with the prof much since it was an asynchronous course but she is a fair marker and seems lovely!

Good prof! I'm so lucky to have her for soc808. Midterms are totally slided base. Discussion boards are easy to get full mark. Give bonus marks throughout the semester. Essay are fairly marking.

Great prof she cares about her students success the course was super easy disscusion posts are an easy mark booster there's only one group project and an essay which does get marked a little harder and final was open book, take this course if you can.

I am so happy I took this course with Fleur! She wants you to do well and puts together an interesting and dynamic course. Was hesitant for the group project but even if your group sucks there are enough other things you can do to still get your A+. Highly recommend this if you need an elective!

Review - Best professor for this course. Fleur is very caring and accommodating with her assignments. Her lectures are engaging and provide enough information on how to prepare for the midterms and final essay. Some effort will be required to get a good grade. However, if I had to take this course again, I would choose Fleur without hesitation.
