She is very kind and helped resolve the issues that our group was having with the video project. She is compassionate and if you go to her for help she is understanding of the work load and is very patient. She also provides genuinely helpful anecdotes and relates the class material to her own experiences which helped me retain the information.
She is a very passionate professor. She cares about her students. The course isn't that bad if you read the slides. Most of the exam questions are from the slides so if you read those you are good. I would have given her a 5 rating but she never gave our group a feedback on the grade we got for our assignment. I would recommend her for PPN 101.
she cares and wants us all to pass. her content is not too heavy but definitely is very important to read all the slides. didn't do much reading tho. she also offers to go over midterms and quizzes which is very helpful to improving.
only a few things graded, group project might screw you over if your members are useless. shes a kind prof and always wants to make sure everyone understands the content, she says to do the readings but really just the slides are enough for her tests.
if u have a question during an exam, be ready to have ur hand raised the entire time during an exam, your question still wont be answered
your grades will be cooked, trust
bro doesnt care about your mental health, they'll just say, "it was mandatory". And doesnt matter how bad you were doing, you'll get ur grades cooked
Genuinely cares about students and their success, very open to discussion about grades. Recognizes faults and makes changes in exam questions and grading, she is also very open to meeting students. Exam questions are very straightforward and directly come from course material (readings, lectures). Kindest prof I have ever had.
course divided into 1 group project: 25% Quiz 1: 15% Quiz 2: 25% Final: 35% Not a whole lot to be marked on considering the group project (marked as a group), and if you get stuck with a bad group it can really screw you over. Didn't do a single reading, just attend lecture and know the slides and you'll do great. Cora is an amazing professor
Coralee is a kind teacher, who relates to students and marks easy (gives out 100s or high 90 on papers). Her lectures are quite experiential based, which brings conversation but and not helpful to learning the content. You can do well by just studying the slides, and I did well by not doing a single reading. Papers are marked slow, returned w11.
