This professor is fantastic. She truly cares about her students and wants them to suceed. Course is content and assignment heavy regardless of prof. She does a great job engaging with students and encouraging participation. TAKE this class with her!!!!!!

This is a very heavy course with a lot of content and work, but Naima is one of the best profs I've ever had. She makes every lecture super engaging, truly cares about her students' success, and gives great feedback. If you have to take BUS800, try to get Naima!!! She definitely made this class manageable and made coming to class enjoyable.

Professor Cherchem makes her classes engaging by getting everyone involved with in-class questions and activities. Participation and attendance matter to do well in her class. She keeps the course exciting by tying textbook concepts with real-world companies and examples. I would definitely retake her for another course.

BUS800 was difficult but professor Naima was really understanding! I recommend attending lectures as she provides tips for assignments that may not be in the case guidelines and there is in-class participation. She gives you the option to choose your group members. Overall she is a fair grader and made this capstone much easier to handle.

Doctor Cherchem is an amazing prof, at my four years at TMU she was one of my favorite professors. Her class was very engaging and always kept my interest peaked, I participated attentively in every lecture. She is extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating, amazing professor and probably the best BUS 800 prof currently teaching the course.

Professor Cherchem, is great! Her lectures are very engaging, she really cares about her students doing well and is very passionate about teaching. She can mark a bit hard sometimes but her feedback overall is fair. I would definitely recommend taking her for BUS 800 as she makes the class much more manageable.
