You must watch and make comprehensive notes on ALL module videos. Then, if you use those notes to complete all the assigned homework, you WILL NOT see any surprises/tricks on mid/final; sounds easy but making all the notes & doing all the homework takes ALOT of time... He is best prof I've ever had, fair, & makes hard material very understandable.

Along with being a tax expert, he's also an amazing teacher; which is a rarity in university. Does not trick you on exams; the course is structured very well and if you watch all of the videos in each module and do the homework questions you're set. His use of personal experiences in his career as examples are always very interesting and helpful.
