honestly a really nice dude and isnt purposely trying to make your mark go down. theres a lot of readings and his lectures are a bit dry, but you can tell that hes trying really hard and is very passionate about what he teaches. theres only 3 assignments but a lot of readings to do.

Way to much reading and attendance was to heavily weighted. The class he taught was nothing near to what we were supposed to learn, but his supposed Radical world art was just focused on Black art and no other art of the world.

curriculum was different from what was taught. For a course supposedly about all artists of colour, it was strictly focused on African American art. would've liked to learn about indigenous, latin American and asian artists too. Lectures were too dense and hard to understand and all of them seem to merge into one. SOOO MUCH READING

He completely changed the curriculum, many students found they didn't learn anything about modern art history, and the way he delivers lectures is pretty monotonous and boring. If you're fine with all of that, the course isn't very hard, and he's a pretty easy marker.
