This was my first university prof at the fire college and I didn't know what to make of his eccentric style of teaching. As a firefighter I did not have a kean interest in psych but that changed in the first few mins into his lecture.I have also developed a love for cats.

Good Teacher, bit weird though. Easy to understand. provides great examples along the way. well informed in his field. in order to get an A, you gotta attend ALL classes and do your readings

The best prof ever! I took two courses with him and loved it. His wide knowledge and style of lecturing allow students to learn with fun. Thanks to his countless life-related examples I found material easier to memorize. Professor Rashid made me in-love with psychology. It was an honour to be his student.

I got a C+ in intro to psychology. And i'm pissed at the mark. So I am trying to think really hard about points to complain about; but unforetunately, he's a great professor, and i got nothing. If you attend ALL lectures, and study the text carefully, you'll get A+. he's very helpful and educated

Best professor in Ryerson. I took intro to psychology with him. Cons: Wish there was more office hours. Pros: very helpful and clear.

Profs like him are rare in Canada: Helpful, knowledgeable, passionate, open-minded and educated. This man is the reason I became interested in psychology and started pursuing a career in it. He's a very open-minded and educated individual who will allow you to explore psychology your own way. I'd be honored to take any more courses with him. A+

Dr Rashid's lectures are a unique experience! Whether ill, depressed,stressed for time, hungry or exhausted, I would definiely catch every lecture. There is only one Prof Rashid in the whole Universe.

Hillarious prof. Take his course for sure. He would make you laugh a lot. His lectures are like comedy and entertainment and his testing is quiet fair and reasonable.

Highly recommended!!! He's not easy though, you do have to put your time and effort into the class. He has a lot of knowledge to share.
