A great prof, he should teach more 1st year courses because his explanations are on point. The course is also pass/fail so it's quite laid back.
Good at explaining the introductory material.
pass/fail course but the prof spends a bit too much time on his stories and not much time on he actual material, hes informative and extremely smart, but not a good lecturer.
Professor with lot of knowledge in the subject. Attendance is not mandatory but his lectures are generally interesting and interactive, so if you have time, I would recommend you to attend. Lectures cover enough to get A+, however there is a textbook for nerds. Go through the formula sheet for long answer q and slides for the short and mcq.
His lectures were very interesting and you can tell he is very knowledgeable in his field. Always takes and answers questions. This course is a pass/fail so there's not much at stake but attendance counts towards your pass. Dr. Yang is legitimately a beast though, biomedical engineer AND neurosurgeon? I'm glad this guy isn't my cousin.
Clearly has way too much going on to be able to organize the course properly. Talked for hours but never covers the stuff he tests on. His notes are horrible so you need to attend lectures and write down what he says because it cant be found elsewhere.
