the class itself is boring but i still felt very engaged because of peter! I love the little polls he takes during the lecture and is very open to discussions.

As an online course you are kind of dumped and flooded with online quizzes and resources. The 3 hour lecture block is a bit tedious online, but Prof. Fisher mitigates this with breaks and discussion. Attendance will help your grade as your ability to ask logic based questions helps a ton. My only complaint was online group project, which was messy

He's tall irl lol, but overall a caring and passionate professor who provides examples and answers questions, very fair midterm and final, remember to read the textbook before class.

Easy to follow

Overall great class and prof. Really cares about the concepts and makes his lectures engaging. However his TAs are tough graders though so watch out. For the midterm and exam, reading the textbook and doing the practice quizzes is a MUST. Really nice guy and will answer all your questions 10/10 would take again.

Prof is genuinely amazing dudes super chill. Exams are really easy too theyre mostly just scenario based questions, if u read the textbook u could take the exam blind and still end up with a good grade

This class was super informative and enjoyable, and Prof Fisher was an engaging lecturer! You do have to buy an access code to an online quiz/textbook platform- but the quizzes and textbook will make you well-prepared for the exams.
