My 2nd time in this course and I noticed big change in grade/ learning. Professor Alanna spent xtra time showing and watching me fix my IV skill when I was having a panic attacj. She calmed me down so gently and comfortably. So positive :) encouraging, reminded me we all make mistakes as long as we learn from them. we need more alannas as profs!

NSE203- Alanna is best professor I have ever had. She is stern but it's because she genuinely cares about her students and wants them to succeed. She makes classes extremely fun and she is so kind (and funny). I am so happy I had the opportunity to have her as my professor and WISH i could have her teach all my nursing content! She's the best prof I had in 4 semesters. Good at teaching the lectures, gives the right amount of review after each class, good at demonstrating the lab, gives students an easier way to remmber concepts and whats needed for lab, she have all you can ask for a prof specially on this subject.

Alanna was a breath of fresh air. She made a daunting course manageable. She cares so much about her students and is so unbelievably encouraging. I would recommend her In a heart beat and I really look forward to the chance to have her as my professor again.
