You can always tell when someone has lived their whole life tearing others down and never once been held accountable for it.

Avoid criticizing others. It doesn't really feel good, does it? That's because we do it when we're feeling bad about ourselves. It's a reflection of us. Can you try and halt it, even for a week?

She constantly goes out of her way to insult students for making learning mistakes. If students knew it all, we wouldn't be required to attend clinical placements now would we? We don't have the same level of knowledge as an experienced RN. Talking down to students violates CNO standards btw.

Why does she look like Randall from Monsters Inc?

Bullying as an adult has to be top tier loser behavior. She's out here bullying her students trying to fail them, get them expelled, or have them removed from clinical. Nurses like her are the reason that there is such a massive nursing shortage.

Imagine being in your 40s and getting your jollies from belittling teenagers - she constantly antagonized students by telling them they weren't going to be good nurses. I feel sorry for her - she must have a really sad and boring life. She relentlessly discouraged students unprompted.

She's a dishonest person who goes out of her way to put down students - her behavior isn't nurse behavior and is incongruent with CNO standards. I have no idea why she chose to be a CI & prof - she clearly doesn't want to teach.

Snitching at work is crazy - she ain't even getting paid for that. She doesn't get paid extra to terrorize her students or to make up lies about a student's professional misconduct

Why does she keep deleting the reviews accusing her of being a bully? It makes me wonder about how many times she's been accused of being a bully throughout her nursing career by coworkers and students. Clearly I'm not the first person to point out that she's a bully. She's incapable of taking accountability for herself.

You're a FIRST YEAR CI, there's no reason to be fear mongering students. Prepare to be randomly quizzed and not allowed to walk away until you provide the correct answer. Prepare to be followed around constantly like she's waiting for you to mess up. Felt awesome. Really helped with the nervousness of NEVER HAVING DONE THIS BEFORE EVER.
