90% of the course is common sense, so if you can understand the power points he posts online you do fine. Lectures are usually a waste if you understand everything but he gives good practice problems to test you (not marked). However, he asks random fact questions @ the end of class for bonus marks so if you'd like an extra boost go to the lectures

i had prof Gekas for 801 a couple of semesters ago. He cannot teach Accounting at all. He should bake cakes instead. He resembles uncle tetsu a lot.

A simple no. Take this course somewhere else. Management- please wake up and replace these under performing profs and keep the Ryerson prestige alive. One of the best universities in the province and these type of profs put it down.

k relax, he was not that bad. almost always ended early, at which point my friend and I would go for extra help if we needed from last week. decent prof, not that hard to get a decent grade- i hate accouting and still did well. just respect him and youll be fine.

He barely teaches anything, always talking about irrelevant things, expects you to do well when he doesnt actually help you with learning the material. He just talks about the chapter and then shows the practice questions and expects you to know. Horrible!!!!!!!!!

This Professor is a tough grader as well as he be littles his students for asking questions, insisting that we should already know the answer to. Kicks students out for just looking at your phone once or having a chuckle. Like my man please relax you wasteyute.

caring prof, no i dont think that's the case. Tough grader and very rude. The concept of partial marks is really a confusion that needs to be understood here- you get none.

Not as bad as people commented here. First I hated him but now I changed my view after speaking to him face to face. He is a straightforward guy but he is actually willing to help. You have to make the most out of his office hours.
