You waste your totally time if you have her as an instructor, I confused to watch her or interpreter, that is fair to me to do not know how manage this kind of situation, all in all we need to figure out her situation and problems, on the other hand she doesn't care your situation, who ever rank her 5 is herself no body else,
She does not know what teach at the class, her knowledge is not in university level, she just show the YouTube videos, of course because of her situation, university accepted her as a fake professor, unfortunate for the university
She is an incredibly difficult marker by using a totally unreasonable grading system. Her nitpicky nature is completely irrational and her grades are inconsistent. I had my work proofread by other university professors who would have graded my papers much higher. Most of the readings are from her own work.
Kristin is a great professor. This course 'Inclusion and Consultation' consisted of weekly group work with different groups each week, which was annoying but easy marks. She is a good grader, gives feedback and marks appropriate.
The readings for this course are extremely dry and repetitive, and the lectures are not engaging at all. Just the bare minimum thrown on the slides. In addition to reading the dry course materials and watching the lecture you must also participate in discussion boards that are worth 20% of your grade. Way too time consuming and exhausting
Kristen is easily my favourite prof at Ryerson. I took CLD 314 and 322 with her and wish I could take more! She rewards students who participate and are engaged in discussions. Her course difficulty is comparable to other courses in the ECS program. You will find out right away that Kristen is approachable. Classes & assignments were enjoyable!
-lost my paper and did not mark it -does not reply to emails -accused me of "falsified emails" when I met her during her office hours even though I had the emails in front of me and showed her exactly what she told me -didn't upload any grades to d2l -unprofessional by using statements like "that's just common sense" & calling me a liar
