This professor deserves a F in everything.

You guys gotta be aware that the 5 stars ratings were written by her. Move on to other reviews and you will understand how we know that. She has bad grammar/spelling and only someone like her would write “she wants her students to do good”. LOL. She writes “calender” multiple times. Do yourself a favor and do not take ANY class by this professor.

Absolute rude professor. She's so petty and mean. Like, idk how someone like her is still a professor. Like I can't believe TMU is not aware of her reputation. Thought about sending the department an email complaining, but what's the point. Nothing will change. Academia always protects their own. Protect yourself by not taking her class.

She is just not up for the task. Extremely disorganized. Her spelling is not the best. Her courses are not difficult, but studying with this professor is nerve wracking. She takes ages to mark. Classes ended and we are still waiting for a mark from week 7! I don't recommend her at all.

I took Rahbari-Jawoko in Winter 2025 and loved every second of it. She is the kindest woman you'll ever meet, and is truly passionate about her job. She went above and beyond for every single student and it truly showed. Responding to every single e-mail, giving good feedback, teaching with enthusiam, etc. She's one of the best in TMU!

Professor Mojgan Rahbari-Jawoko is amazing! She teaches very well and wants every single one of her students to do good. Not to mention she is kind, inspiring, and overall wholesome. Would definitely recommend!

I got this teacher for summer school, and I read all these and immediately want to drop. What a mess of a teacher. Why are they not fired? Should be fired and kicked out for being such a rude teacher. Shame

Beware, all the 5 star ratings are from the professor. She is highly aware of her bad reputation and tries to do damage control. Professor Mojgan Rahbari-Jawoko is brutal. Not only is this class difficult because of her harsh marking and horrible lecture skills, but she is also vindictive and petty.

This professor is a nightmare. She made this interesting course gruelling. If you have this professor, immediately do yourself the favour of dropping or switching. It is almost 2 weeks until the end of the course and I still have not received any marks from major assignments. She also frequently threatens students via email and D2L.
