Corinne Hart

Dr. Corinne is an amazing prof. If you have her as your NSE 31 prof, you are lucky. The winter term contents (maternal and child) is very interesting and Corinne loves to have discussions with her students during class which makes the contents very clear. She gave very clear feedback for the group project and marked them fairly. Highly recommended!

You won't be disappointed if you have Corinne as your instructor. In general, the contents of community health nursing is boring, but she tries her best to teach us in a creatively way. She gives us a lot of sample questions because she wants her student to reach the best. She always seeks feedback from students and put them in actions. AMAZING!

Responds to emails quickly. Kind and willing to help students. Amazing. Very knowledgeable in the content that she teaches.

For course that's boring (except for mat/child) she makes it tolerable. Hard essay marker, know your APA well! Provides a lot of anecdotes. If she doesn't know how to teach it well, it won't be tested. Always answered emails in a timely manner. Had junk food parties at end of term!

Corinne is an amazing professor. She really makes the content come to life in this course. Follow her powerpoints and you wont need to read the textbook at all. She is very thorough and is always there to help. She is available after hours as well if needed. Know your APA and if you are unsure about the essay, ask questions. She is overall AMAZING

At first you may think what is happening but you'll learn to see the class isn't so bad. It's all about critical thinking so take advantage of participating in lectures. She can be hilarious. Become familiar with how she analyzes issues as it will be useful for exams. For the essay, double check your APA and talk to her about your topic.

She rocks. She doesn't make you memorize unneeded info. She gets you to think critically about important concepts. Best year 3 teacher

She's nice and funny but the content is so dumb sometimes it is just kind of dull. Not her fault but it makes the class drag on. Also-- she is very passionate, which is nice/good BUT is sometimes negative because it makes it uncomfortable to voice any viewpoints/opinions that are not hers. She has clear judgements/views & expects you think the same

I am giving you the realest rating. She is actually the sweetest and nicest profs I have ever met, however, in her lectures, she talks more about everything else rather than the actual content. In regards to assignments and especially exams, she gives very vague and unhelpful info. Shes an amazing person, but as a teacher not so much.
