The professor is a great teacher as she teaches the content clearly and easy to follow. She marks fairly, but the common concern with her is the extremely long time to mark and never responding to emails. Got midterm mark back after doing final exam. REL101 is super easy bird course due to her teaching well and the content being easy.
Avoid. This professor should not be 'teaching'. She is virtually uncontactable and I am emphasizing this, you could send 12 emails and never hear back. She does not grade appropriately in accordance with university policies. The lack of care displayed was astonishing, and the fact that she is still teaching is simply unbelievable.
This professor was not helpful at all. She took forever to grade and I sent her an important email a few times about the course and never received any email back. Therefore, I felt lost in the class. No clarification at all. Tough grader and will not respond to you about why you have received that grade or will not answer the emails you sent her.
This professor by far is one of the most unorganized professors I have ever had. She takes FOREVER to mark. I would highly recommend you do not take any classes of hers as it honestly is an added stress waiting for grades and being anxious that you won't get your grades in time. It is now Christmas break and I STILL don't have things marked.
She is unorganized, has no communication and has a screaming baby in her arms while she lectures. She is highly unprofessional and will start 'baby talking' content material in the lecture to appease her newborn. Past midterm, and not a single mark for anything has been released. Not at all impressed. Avoid.
Her lectures are good and easy to follow, but she is the most unorganized professor I had ever had. She doesn't reply to any emails, nor does she respond to the questions posted by students on the discussion board. There was no date for the final stated anywhere on D2L. Students literally didn't know when the final would be.
Dr. Radin gives amazing, through lectures and marks off a mixture of open-book online quizzes, an essay and a final. Seems easy, but her questions are barely related to lecture and she marks really hard. She does also assign a lot of readings, but aren't as bad as the quizzes are. If you really want to learn take her class, but it's not an easy A.
Very dull lectures with no flow, she is all over the place all the time. Also she is very very bad at responding to her emails, and even slower with marking. However she is a very nice, fair and caring prof but would still avoid if possible.
She's very nice and understanding, and she marked fairly straight forward in a straight way. However, she doesn't use power-points at all, which makes it hard to take notes because she's talking about so many different things. She also tends to go off topic, so if your not part of that specific culture, you might find yourself confused.
Jessica presents clearly and marks fairly. There were weekly readings throughout the course and you had to write responses to 5 of them. Only graded items are a midterm and a final paper. The rest are participation and the 5 reading responses. As long as you attend class and do just a few of the readings it's not hard to do well.
