Honestly it's one of the easier ITM courses. Yes she has a lot to say for group presentations but that's all just to make conversation in the class. She marks fairly and the weekly hw is done with the TA together so it's an easy A for that. I'd say just get a good group and ur fine. Even exam was fairly made.

Do not take this professor, she is very condescending and very critical of group assignments, nitpicks on simple things that are not taught for her own entertainment. The content of this course is very easy, yet she purposefully tries to make averages on assignments low. Bad prof, take another core elective.

If you want someone who is simply gonna mark you just by how they are feeling that day you should take her. She never marks fair and decides how she wants to mark the day of. Do not take her, trust me im saving you.

Very strict, feedback can be harsh. She thinks C-B range is average and expected, good luck trying to get an A for phase 1 and visual critique. Cannot take this course lightly. 3 Group projects, 8 labs (top 7 graded), 1 final. Work hard, use all feedback from other assignments for phase 2 and are likely to succeed. Better yet, pick another class...

She formatted the presentations for this class horribly. For example, why did we have to repeat the technical details twice, once on the slides and then in the Tableau software? Also, you don't gotta ask so many questions. It is just a graph and data. There is not much to say. Don't take this class or do a lot of work you need to do.

Group project is critiqued in front of everyone and very harsh. Marked based on how she feels, can be subjective. LOTS of work for a non-compulsory course, be ready to put in the effort. Assignment instructions are not always clear. Prof responds quickly to some emails, some take over a week. I would not retake her.. surprised to read other reviews

This was a great professor she was very helpful during the semester and made it very easy for us to do great before the final exam. Although final exam is 40% if you just keep up with class and hand in all your assignments you can easily go into the final exam with a 80-90%

great prof! def attend class, you'll learn the most from just being there. this is a very heavy case based/group project class. she will take AGES to give back major assignments which is annoying. she also barely gives any individual feedback, but overall very decent! final will kick your ass. 2.5 hours for 7-8 case questions :/

She's a nice person, but she gives way too much work for this one course that's supposed to be an elective. I had to do more work in this course than my required courses. Labs are easy participation, but group projects she marks hard. A lot of her critiques don't make sense either because they could be subjective, she marks solely on how she feels.

Good prof, she is knowledgable on her content and is very well spoken. The course follows a strict structure which I like and explores interesting topics. The group project is a big part of your grade so choose your members wisely. Assessments were fairly marked and straight forward.
