Prof was amazing, he's clear in the first lecture about how the semester will go. he did mention that this may be his last semester so its sad to see him go. he does not however respond to ANY emails, which is a bit annoying. Otherwise he's an easy marker and the quizzes are all online along with the lectures. I only went to two lectures. ASC121
Does not respond to emails and goes on hours long tangents keeping everyone at studio for up to 3 hours overtime. He only allows hand drawn drawings until days before the project is due, and does not hesitate to ask for big changes. The only way to get any feedback is to go first, but gets upset if you ask to go first. Be prepared for all nighters
Puts the most effort into the first group and is cold to everyone after. Keeps the section overtime by talking about unrelated topics. Gets defensive when asked to respond to emails or to speak to him earlier during studio. He will ask for a lot of work but then talk about only one drawing for an hour. Feedback can lead to setbacks and roadblocks.
great professor. very chill. very reasonable. 10/10
Great lectures, clear about test/exam content and lots of preparation
Rob was an amazing and engaging professor that allowed me to better understand my personal interests in architecture. This class allowed me to better understand, and get involved with the field while I continuing to study in my separate degree. I am looking forward to having him as a professor again next semester, and learn more about the field!
Best Studio prof so far....I learned every Studio session about my work and myself.
awful!!!!!!!! needs to learn how to teach
He was harsh with feedback and didn't help
Never had a worst experience with a studio prof before!!!!!
