Probably the best prof I had for first year. His lectures are super informative and engaging. Funny guy too. The only bad thing were the lab grading schemes.
Filippo Salustri is a funny prof, but his slides aren't very helpful and lectures don't add much. If you're struggling, use Mart Stewart's slides—they're way clearer. Redo your manual studios and ask TAs for help. The midterm was light, and the final wasn't hard, just very tight on time.
he thinks he's a lot funnier than he is
Professor Salustri is very passionate about what he teaches. He's very blunt at times and says what's on his mind which many take offence to but others, such as myself, find him hilarious and relatable. He makes the expectations for the course known and is always willing to answer any course related query you may have. Overall pretty decent prof.
did this guys mom not love him or something. what's his problem.
This professor inspired me to be a comedian because his teaching is so bad it's hilarious.
Only professor that can teach the course and not to mention how poorly taught the course itself is taught. Tells the TAs to mark hard for no reason whatsoever and tests are word specific
Words can't describe how much I dislike this guy. Seems like he wants to drown everyone in work load and give out as low marks as he possibly can. Think he's just salty about how his uni experience was
The list of requirements he provides for the project is always incomplete, causing YOU to search for additional things that are needed. This WOULD be fine if memeorizing the ENTIRE textbook (not joking) was not crucial to PASS quizzes. He also doesnt go indepth in his lectures, only covering things that could be read on his website in 10 mintues.
He's an A hole, but he is one of those A holes who will give you a reality check for you to take forward in life.
