Marwa Ahmed

This wasn't as easy of a course as it should have been, but I've always been a cut above average. Answer problems with her methods exactly and you will get the mark.

She makes you come to lectures and labs for participant marks. She marks hard on midterms. Her final was way to long to finish (cant finish it in 3 hours). Her assignments are messed up with marking as she doesnt give you all the information but expects you to just know. If you get higher than an 80% your a genius.

So heres the deal. Due to Covid our exams were online. The format given wasnt the format discussed in class. In the middle of final she starts sending emails on how were going to be submitting this final. She didnt even check to see if the methods shes using works. Her lectures she reads off the slides. Shes a hard marker, dont expect to do well.

Oh Marwa... she is a very sweet woman, and a very experienced engineer... but oh god she just can't teach! Her course was terrible as it turned an interesting course into a mind numbing exercise. Her organization skills are poor and the questions in her assignments were often to wrong to have an answer for but she still marked us wrong for it.

She needs to proof read her slides because there are a lot of mistakes. Her English is poor which makes it difficult to understand her and get feedback. Her lectures are scripted and she never answers questions. In terms of midterms and exams, the questions are very specific and if you do not give her EXACTLY what she wants, you will do poorly.
