ECON 2P0Z MCMASTER, L PROFESSOR, L lectures, L quizes, L aura, Lectures long for no reason, Quizes hard for no reason, He has his own type of correct answers = Google is wrong (2+2=4 is wrong in bros quizes). AVOID CLASSES WITH HIM, EXPERT IN YAPEOLOGY.

He makes this course really difficult by including such specific detail on the midterm and final. The essay was marked really tough. Will not take another course with this professor.

I was prompted to write this now because I was reading an article about trade and my understanding of it was deeper because of what I learned in Professor Mang's lectures from a year ago. In his class I didn't read the textbook and just listened in lecture. He explains the content so well and his tests were quite fair as I remember.

MT and final are relatively easy but the essay really dropped a lot of students grades. He marks it especially difficult because he "wants to get tenure and has to balance out the grades." Which were his own words. 5% of the final grade is taken from the essay that most people end up getting a 0 on because he marks it quite unfairly to lower marks.

He knows his stuff but does not seem like he is interested in his students' success. His grading of the term paper was brutal (99% of people in class lost 5% automatically for simply not starting a new paragraph etc.). He knows it and said that "bad marks for the paper balance out the good marks for tests" (which are not easy either).

I dont know why the ratings were so poor for this guy. He was actually interesting in lecture, if you enjoy the business side of sports. He's fair when it comes to grading, if you show up to class and take notes, its a breeze. Definitely a cool guy.

Care's too much about the content, to the point that if you're not spot on in your paper, you won't get a good grade. Tests are okay, if you follow the sports he likes.
