Very knowledgable professor who puts lot of work in creating quality material, assignments. He's quite particular about everything, every timeline, question, discussion is clear and on time. The material might be a tad dense, but that's on the subject.
He rambles during the lectures and isn't very engaging. His tests don't reflect the lecture material. He is a brilliant engineer but terrible teacher.
avoid avoid avoid, this professor litters hit lectures with so much material and tests you on completely different material. Doles out assignments and midterms without having done any of the questions himself, so students constantly run into errors and have to ask him only via discussion board.
The prof doesn't try to teach. You are on your own and should learn all materials by yourself. You won't learn anything at all.
Excellent professor. There is a lot of material to cover, but if you stay on top of the course you will learn a lot. He is clearly knowledgable in the field, and demonstrates this in the lectures.
He isnt the best prof in the world, but certainly not the worst. first time teaching Data science, very smart professor, but boring lectures. It is very important you ask questions and go to office hours to understand what he wants in order to get a good grade. Fair marker and exams are straight forward if you go to class and understand the notes.
Lectures were really boring, reads off the slides with little explanation to the topics. What i liked about him is that he treated the course more subjectively. not a tough grader although get ready to read two textbooks and his slides, easy midterm and Final if you follow his instruction
