I did not like this prof online but in person she was great. She was interactive with us and very kind/funny. Lectures are very important as the exam contains content that was only stated during lectures. Her lectures are easy to follow along with.

Her lectures are boring and took a long time, the assignments and exams are fair and easy to do well. Follow her instructions and study from the lectures ( no need to use the textbook if you take notes on her lectures...its basically all there). She responds quickly to emails and is respectful, you can tell she cares about the student's success

She's a textbook teacher. I taught myself everything through the text book, because it was more engaging that her lectures. I did good on the assignment, just make sure you thoroughly follow the rubric. The exams are easy, but i am giving myself credit for that, cause again, i taught myself everything.

Dr. Satvat's class is very boring, if you like to be engaged in classes switch out. Her lecture videos are textbook based don't waste your time reading the textbook and watching her videos. P.S. the textbook is more engaging than her lectures.

Overall okay. lectures are not engaging, but good marks are easily achievable with minimal effort.

Doesn't have office hours. Doesn't response to emails soon. Takes her forever to remark the assignment. Terrible grader. you can do good on the tests if you study well, but the assignment is marked terribly. Take this course with another prof if you want a good grade.

Very inaccessible when it comes to replying to emails or answering questions. We had technical issues on our final exam and she wouldnt respond to our emails for an hour during AN EXAM. Do not take her if you have the choice of taking someone else. Marks papers extremely hard and unfair. Feedback doesnt even help.

Very unprofessional when it comes to giving feedback or replying to emails. She forgot to upload our final exam and didnt even reply to her emails for an hour. Papers are graded too hard and unfair and theres no room for improvement. If you want to do well just read the textbook.

I would not recommend this prof at all, her lectures are directly from the textbook. Assignments had super specific instructions and grading was super tough. I lost marks for things like using Professor instead of Dr. and including my student number on the cover page. Exams were also really difficult

One of the worst profs I've ever had and will never take anything with her again. She's a nice person but an awful instructor, straight up read a script of the textbook for every "lecture" video which obviously made the material boring and impossible to grasp, plus told us we couldn't ask her or the TAs any questions about the assignment. Avoid.
