This is the worst prof I have ever had. She has told students one on one that their classmates are doing bad work she stops presentations because they're not up to her entirely unclear standards she refuses to lecture and her attendance policy is cruel and impossible to keep up with. She is rude and reactionary to students multiple times per class
The most hostile classroom environment I have ever stepped foot in, barely teaching anything, and making every week into a group presentation in which she makes them write questions only they answer. If you enjoy a normal classroom environment, skip out on her classes.
Such an amazing prof, you can tell she is passionate about what she teaches and that makes the class so interesting.
This professor is incredibly unclear with grading schemes, assignments and said verbatim "I refuse to upload this rubric online because it will not benefit you" I was taking this class based on the basis of the course description, which she is not following. There is no practical application and the lectures are student run
It was a pleasure to take Vicky's art history class. Each subject was approached with attentive care and enthusiasm. She is the expert in all things curation at IMA and why is she not a full time prof here?
The course material is very rich and insightful. I would have like a slower pace in explanations as the course language is sometimes harder to grasp at first. Brilliant professor!
A great prof and extremely approachable. I've taken two courses with her, and enjoyed both. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Her lectures keep the class engaged. She is open to all opinions, and wants people to share their views.
Professor Moufawad-Paul is my favourite. Her classes are what I thought university was going to be. I will take every class she teaches.
