Tests were based on readings.

Despite his class being all based off the readings, I only read the reading one time. He explains the reading in class and goes over it in simple terms. I would only go to his lectures and barely studied for the midterm and final and I did great. His midterm and final are all short answer, but all those questions were answered in class before.

out of my two years at the school, thin professor has to be the best. His lectures are interesting and detailed very helpful for the exams, with 100% take a class with him again. Exams were straightforward and assignments were straightforward and easy.! 100% would recommend

really interesting course and he delivers it very well. Midterm would be easy if you studied and understood. The lectures writing assignments are straightforward. I would definitely retake this course with this professor.

Tim Bartiw is an awesome professor. During each class, he explains the readings really well. He is also so funny. There are three written assignment which are really easy and its only 500-700 words. He is an easy marker. The midterm was easy. If you are taking MHR520, take it with Tim!!

He is not the best at delivering this course but he is an ok prof. This course is generally boring. His exams are the worst because if it was MC everyone would've done much better. He gives 3 essays and they are confusing but overall he's ok.

Important/ interesting course but super boring lectures/ seems like he doesn't care. You dont have to attend, just thoroughly read the textbook. Doesn't have helpful criteria or for the assignment just be sure to be as detailed as possible and identify as many issues as possible.

Underrated prof - chill, caring, upfront, made course stress-free & straightforward. Tests & assignment were easy & graded very fair. If you read the book & take good notes, u're good. He took out 3 chapters & made our exam non-cumulative which is often not the case for law529 w/ other profs. Only con: grades took a while. Overall 100% recommend.
