Evan Wick

Evan is a lovely guy, but hard to get a hold of if you need help outside of class time. He does take feedback very personally, for better or worse.

Evan Wick is one of the best profs I've ever had! He is so nice and caring, and he holds amazing discussions. His class was so interesting that I looked forward to my 9 am class every week. He is also very helpful when it comes to questions and will always make time to talk to you. He is also a generous grader! 10/10 would recommend him as a prof.

Evan is a super caring and really great professor! I feel like I actually learn something after his lectures. He also gives great feedback for your work, genuinely cares about your grade, and is super understanding. He's been a great help during this pandemic. Thank you!

Nice guy and is accommodating to students. However, he is unorganized and has unclear expectations of what he is looking for. I personally found him to be all over the place and during lecture he took probably like 30 minutes just to set things up lol.. He means well, but could definitely use help on getting organized. Evan is a very down-to-earth prof and is actually a practising social worker so that was a plus. He gives a breakdown of what we will be doing for the class right at the beginning, which I personally feel I needed. Gets us to do things in class, talk in groups etc. Very understanding on due dates and a caring guy in general.

Evan is an extremely nice guy and a great person to talk to. He is really good at giving detailed feedback. He let some students resubmit assignments when they failed and was very good at giving out extension. His classes were very unorganized, but he's a new prof, so he is still trying to figure it out.
