hard to get used to her expectations, shell surprise you everyday, makes very interesting comments and does things her way, she teaches you how they do it "in real life", mornings are tough but the day gets better as long as you mind your business and dont talk back
if you have her gl. clinicals becomes so stressful and pre-shift anxiety is ++ bc u never know how shell be that day. sits on a chair all day, fussy in the mornings. she will put you down in front of pt's and nurses, hard to learn bc shes so inconsistent and you lose skills from first sem because of how she does things "her way" by HER standards
i tried to avoid her as best as i can during clinicals. she seems knowledgeable in some aspects but is pretty negative with her teaching. she doesn't really support you in your development with skills. otherwise good luck.
Had her this semester. She provides some helpful pointers, but HER expectations can be VERY inconsistent. Feedback is only about your negatives, nothing about how u improved. The learning environment can feel challenging at times. Super easy marker, but I did not always feel supported in developing my skills, my peers did not feel supported also.
She is very inconsistent with the things she says and loves to put students down. I would have so much anxiety before every clinical because I wasn't scared of how she would act at clinicals. Everyone at my clinical placement cried because of her.
Had a poor experience with her last semester. She would always sit on her phone in the corner and never did anything on the unit. She gave some feedback and seemed knowledgeable on a few things but was mostly rude and condescending. I really didn't learn much from her and she made some of my peers cry.
i would never want her again
Consider yourself lucky by this program's standards if you get her as an FA in fourth year. She was very easygoing. Not sure how she is as a CI in previous years though, can't comment on that. But yeah, in fourth year she's very good, and easy to work with.
Honestly, she was really rude. She made my classmates cry, feel anxious, and get upset over a lot of things. She does not care about you, just avoid her as much as you can and keep a professional distance just to pass. Don't fall for her “nice” attitude, it's truly a façade and she will abuse you.
Khelesh can be inconsistent—sometimes forgetting to give instructions but expecting you to follow them. She can be a bit cranky in the morning, but if you ask questions, she's patient and explains everything clearly. It's evident that she is experienced and knowledgable. Despite her quirks, I learned a lot and would gladly take her again.
